LATE ARRIVALS - (After 6pm) must be arranged in advance on 0427 237 860. The property is an unmanned facility. Access Codes will be forwarded to you by email on the day of arrival. Automatic lighting will illuminate your path to your door. EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT REQUESTS - Can only be offered on a case by scenario and may incur additional rates. Early Check Ins or Late Check Outs are not available during any period. CANCELLATION POLICY/FEE - All cancellations will incur a 1 night cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will forfeit all monies paid except any specialised event period public/school holiday/s including Easter Christmas New Year where this is extended to 30 days prior to arrival. CHANGE OF DURATION CANCELLATION FEE - If the duration of your stay is to be reduced from the original booking. A "Change of Duration Cancellation Fee will apply. Any duration reduction requests will incur a 7 night cancellation penalty. LONG TERM STAY RATE TERMS & CONDITIONS - Guests booking a stay of 28 nights or more at our special long-stay rate agree to the following terms: Minimum Stay Requirement – The discounted long-stay rate applies only to bookings with a minimum stay of 28 consecutive nights. Change of Duration Policy – If a guest shortens their stay after check-in, thereby reducing their total stay below 28 nights, the property reserves the right to: Recalculate the booking at the applicable nightly rate for the actual stay duration, which may be higher than the long-stay rate. Charge a Change of Duration Fee, which may be equivalent to the difference between the discounted rate and the standard rate for the revised length of stay. Early Departure & Cancellation Fee – If a guest chooses to check out earlier than their booked departure date, an early departure fee may apply, calculated based on the revised stay duration and the applicable rates. No Refunds for Unused Nights – Once checked in, the booking is considered confirmed for the full stay, and any reduction in length of stay will be subject to the terms above. No refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for unused nights. Victorian Short Stay Levy (VSSL) of 7.5% is mandatory to any bookings less than 28 days. Any adjustments less than 28 will have the VSSL applied. By proceeding with the booking, the guest acknowledges and agrees to these terms. CLEANING FEE EXPECTATIONS & POLICY - Allure Apartments reserves the right to charge the nominated contact person named on the Booking Confirmation an amount of no less than $150.00 if the property is left in an unclean state. This includes the Oven / Cooktop and/or any unwashed dishes rubbish removal and / or general condition re floors etc. Any additional damage will be charged at a rate to rectify the damage. DOG POLICY & CLEANING FEE – The acceptance of- an accompanying dog is subject to Managements approval and is subject to strict compliance of NO dogs on bedding furniture or carpet. Also it is expected that owners clean up after their dogs. Any non compliance will result in a $100 fee to cover additional cleaning costs and the replacement of bed linen. Barking / Noisy dogs will not be tolerated and will be asked to vacate with NO REFUND. Our dog friendly invitation is a courtesy based on small domesticated companions and does not include large or working dogs. 1 Dog allowed only, no exceptions. CAR PARKING - On site off street car parking is available to all apartments. Management advises that guests park their vehicles and / or trailers boats caravans or other at their own risk. APARTMENT ALLOCATION - Management reserves the right to re-allocate a different apartment to the one booked for ease of occupancy. This is extremely rare. All re- allocations will be of the same quality same value and same configuration & bedding. SUBJECT TO SUITABILITY - Acceptance of booking is subject to Managers Approval
