- Balance: due 21 prior to arrival
- Deposit is separate to booking total & will become a refundable security bond upon check-in
Cancellation Terms
- 0 to 42 days before arrival - Full balance due unless property is rebooked for same dates
- 43 or more days before arrival - Deposit non-refundable

- Strictly no functions or visitors without prior approval
