Moulton Park Estate - Cottages

Nestled amongst an extensive English inspired garden at the original Moulton Park Estate (circa 1910) are two self contained cottages - Keeper's Cottage and Gatehouse Cottage.

Keeper's cottage offers a king size four poster bed, whilst Gatehouse Cottage has a queen size iron frame bed. Both cottages include a two person spa, open fireplaces, additional heating and cooling, full kitchens and separate bathrooms.

Enjoy the extensive gardens and atmosphere of the original estate grounds, or enjoy a hit of tennis on the half-court. Also located on the property is the original Homestead (booked separately), which offers accommodation for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. Book the whole property to enjoy with family and friends, or for an intimate wedding.

Just moments from the property is a walking track that leads you to Sassafras village where you can browse the unique boutiques or afternoon tea at one of the many cafes. A more invigorating walk will place you in the heart of Sherbrooke forest where you can lose yourself amongst the trees.

PLEASE NOTE: The lighting of wood burning fires in properties will be prohibited from the beginning of the declared fire danger season (normally mid December) to the end of February. It is also prohibited on all days of Total Fire Ban at any time of the year. The collecting and burning of twigs, leaves and branches from outside your property is strictly forbidden at anytime.
